Born in 1983, Jeni King has had 15+ years in the real estate industry.  She was born in WA and at the age of 6 lived in England for almost 7 years before returning to WA.  At 16 years old she moved to Oklahoma and has called it home ever since.  At 22 years old she received her real estate license and started working mostly with investors.  She was a full time buyer for the franchise Homevestors and contracted 200+ houses for them in the span of 3 years, winning national awards.  At 30 years old she branched out on her own; obtaining her Broker's license and starting her own Brokerage.  She started flipping houses with $3500 and obtained financing through private lenders for various projects always betting on herself to make a profit.  She now holds a real estate portfolio valued at 2.5 million with 1.5 million in equity.

What makes her unique is her constant expansion of construction knowledge and learning building techniques; something a lot of investors don't fully embrace.  She doesn't shy away from putting on work boots and getting 'sweat' equity to get the job done. She appreciates the workers that go into each and every project and understands her sucess is fully a team effort.

In her personal life she doesn't go more then a few days without posting a picture of her fur babies and enjoys the craftsmanship of building things from scratch.  She is always interested in expanding her knowledge and traits.
