Future

Jeni is currently building new construction townhouses to add to her rental portfolio and SFR from the ground up.  She has also secured a 5 unit building that she recently got rezoned through the city to allow for the use of 5 units that will be future furnished units.  Her long term goals are to build affordable housing to help ease the burden of rising housing costs to lower income individuals.  She believes if you have the ability to pay it forward and have had success in your life, it's up to you to leave your imprint and do good.
