In 2018 Airbnb was a new concept in OKC and Jeni decided to gamble and turn one of her studio apartments into an Airbnb.  It was booked immediatly and at 90+% capacity.  She transformed several more units into Airbnbs and short term furnished units.  She currently has 6 furnished units that produce double what they had rented for
