Property management

Another source of revenue for Jeni has been the growth of her property management.  Being an investor herself and very hands on, she has proven herself a valuable manager and asset to her owners.  She currently manages approx 100 houses and prefers being a 'smaller' company compared to big-name companies so she can stay personally involved with every property home she manages.
