In 2016 Jeni purchased an old tire shop and metal retail building that was in such disrepair it was almost on the cities demolition list. She purchased the commercial building for $75,00 with the intent of turning the tire shop into a modern event center consumers could rent the space for. After 2 years of remodeling and a budget of $200,000, she opened the center to a welcoming community.  The remodel included:

• Framed and built upstairs loft

• 30 ft exterior deck 
• Custom built in bar
